    We're writing to thank you again for all of your assistance in both helping us sell our previous house, and also in quickly finding the perfect home for us to purchase. As you know, our house had languished on the market for several months due to a number of factors, but in our opinion, primarily due to a lack of personal involvement by the realtor. What made the difference was our call to you. From that first day, you took charge and handled the entire transaction with finesse and personal service. You found the buyers, another realtor to assist the buyers, and pointed us in the right direction to a mortgage lender with your same commitment. Then, as if that wasn't enough, after we gave you some ideas of the type house and neighborhood we desired, you arranged for us to view several, from which we found just what we were looking for. From the time our relationship began, you accomplished all this in a mere 3 months. As I've told you before, our experience in working with you has renewed our faith in the possibility of finding a realtor who genuinely cares about the interests of his clients, and also has the professional expertise to accomplish any transaction regardless of it's complexity. 
    Though we do not plan to relocate any time in the near future, you can be certain that we will call you first.
